Finance Manager – FP&A & Financial Operations

■ The Opportunity
This high-visibility leadership role offers the unique opportunity to manage end-to-end financial operations while serving as the primary strategic Finance Business Partner for an expanding technology services division.

■ Key Responsibilities
・ Direct the full spectrum of financial management and statutory control for an operating subsidiary, encompassing financial closing, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
・ Supervise treasury operations, working capital optimisation, corporate tax compliance, and credit and accounts receivable management.
・ Serve as the strategic finance partner to business unit leadership, actively supporting the go-to-market execution and profitable growth of the enterprise services business.
・ Lead the annual budgeting, mid-term planning, and rolling monthly forecasting cycles across P&L and working capital dimensions.
・ Formulate and track key financial goals (KGIs) and operational metrics (KPIs) to provide executive stakeholders with timely visibility into commercial performance.
・ Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and variance assessments to identify financial risks early and implement corrective operational actions.
・ Deliver high-level financial reporting and strategic commentary directly to Japan’s executive leadership team.
・ Manage, mentor, and upskill a dedicated finance team of five professionals, fostering an accountable, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Required:
・10+ years in finance with extensive FP&A and business partnering experience
・3+ years of people management experience leading finance professionals
・Strong knowledge of financial statements, P&L, working capital, and controls
・Business-level or above Japanese and fluent business-level English

■Preferred:
・Hands-on accounting and controllership experience
・Background in IT distribution, technology solutions, or corporate services
・Proven track record of driving impact within a global matrix organization
