Are you an expert in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and high-fashion retail operations? A world-renowned, iconic luxury brand is seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Business Systems Manager to lead, optimize, and innovate its end-to-end retail and logistics systems architecture across Japan.

In this pivotal, cross-functional role, you will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical execution. From optimizing Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory workflows to driving SAP supply chain enhancements, your expertise will ensure our client's retail operations remain as seamless, efficient, and elite as the products they sell.

Key Highlights of the Role
Business Process Optimization: Partner with retail, sales, procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to map existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined solutions using SAP supply chain modules.

Retail Systems Leadership: Oversee the deployment, lifecycle management, and enhancement of critical retail platforms, including POS, Back-of-House (BOH), inventory replenishment, and CRM systems.

System Integration & Migration: Drive integration projects and data migration strategies across retail operations, ensuring complete alignment between business requirements and functional system outputs.

Quality Assurance & Defect Resolution: Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze system discrepancies, coordinate bug fixes, and ensure smooth pre-deployment evaluations in production environments.

User Enablement & Training: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for retail and logistics teams, developing comprehensive user documentation and training programs to maximize system adoption.

経験・スキル

What We Are Looking For
Extensive Retail Systems Expertise: 5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience with retail technologies, such as POS, stocktaking tools, Back of House management, or CRM platforms.

System Configuration Mastery: Proven track record in designing and configuring retail or ERP solutions (such as POS, replenishment engines, stocktake tools, or SAP Sales & Distribution / SD).

Core Business Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales, distribution, inventory management, and underlying retail accounting processes.

Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools (Power BI / Business Objects). Experience with SAP and SQL is highly preferred.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
