■Role Overview
Direct day-to-day IT operations, networks, vendor relationships, and infrastructure projects to ensure high system reliability, data protection, and seamless user support.

■Main tasks include:
・ Direct daily IT and network operations
・ Monitor help desk SLA compliance
・ Oversee vendor and budget management
・ Lead infrastructure deployment projects
・ Ensure GDPR & data protection compliance
・ Evaluate performance and report to executive leadership

■Requirements
【Must】
・ Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager
・ Experience with system setup, config, and analysis

・ Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)

・ Management experience leading IT analysts or technicians
・ Strong vendor & IT budget management skills
・ Experience in retail or global enterprise IT environments
