■Role Overview
As a Markets Activities Auditor in Tokyo, you will perform internal audits for capital markets operations, assess key risk areas, and recommend actionable solutions to strengthen overall risk management.

■Main tasks include:
・Plan and execute audit assignments for Markets Activities and special reviews.
・Evaluate risk setups and recommend actionable remediation plans.
・Formalize investigation findings and present conclusions to management.
・Review and challenge auditee action plans for audit recommendations.
・Perform periodic risk assessments and assist in audit planning.
・Support local regulatory matters and on-site regulatory inspections.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
[Required]
・5+ years of experience in Markets Activities or related support/control functions.
・Strong technical knowledge of capital markets activities and related products.
・Outstanding analytical, synthesis, and report writing skills in English.
・High initiative, commitment, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

[Preferred]
・Prior internal or external audit experience in financial services.
・Understanding of relevant market regulatory requirements.
