■Role Overview
As a Delta One Trader in Tokyo, you will execute forward trading on Japanese equities and derivatives, manage P&L and risk, and partner with internal teams to drive business development.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute day-to-day forward trading on Japanese equities and derivatives.
・Price Delta One products in response to requests from Sales and Marketers.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and market participants.
・Manage repo and dividends, and monitor risks including Dividend, Repo, Rho, and Delta.
・Handle operational inquiries from Front, Middle, and Back Office teams.
・Partner with IT to enhance positioning capabilities and P&L management tools.

■Requirements

・Business-level or higher English communication skills.

・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
・Eagerness to learn or utilize programming skills.
