■Specific job duties:
- Ongoing management of acquired properties (residential, office, commercial, etc.)
- Checking monthly rental business reports and SPC financial statements
- Liaison and coordination with scheme stakeholders (investors, PMs, lenders, etc.)
- Hardware management of managed assets (planning repairs and value enhancement)
- Cash management of managed assets
- Reporting on investment status to investors (strategy meetings and reporting)

経験・スキル

Requirements
● Experience in corporate negotiations in a real estate fund or financial industry. In addition to the above, either of the following:
● Experience in property management
● Experience in asset management is helpful

Preferred Experiences
● Experience in real estate development
● Experience in real estate sales and brokerage
● Financial forecasting, modelling and valuations
