・Service Delivery & Standards: Manage regional IS hardware/software standards, compliance (SOX, security, change control), and drive customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs).
・Team Leadership & Collaboration: Advocate for IS service management processes, lead Deskside and Service Desk teams, and foster collaboration with regional and global IS stakeholders.
・Process Improvement & Transformation: Transform services to be more agile, automated, and customer-centric while identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and resolve redundancies.
・Project & Relationship Management: Lead business project discussions related to IS, develop performance metrics, and act as a liaison between IS leadership and the business. etc.,

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Experience & Education: 10+ years of professional experience in IT/IS
・Management & Leadership: Experience in leading and managing 4+ people and/or service providers (vendors/contractors).
・Core Competencies: Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills, combined with a commitment to customer service.
・Language & Communication: Professional level of Japanese and English with excellent communication skills with the ability to lead effectively within a matrix organization using collaboration and persuasion.
※experience in the the life science industry would be a plus
