The Scope of Impact
• Drive the Culture: Design interactive, modern training initiatives that bring compliance to life across IT, HR, and Operations.
• Master Regulatory Risk: Take ownership of complex regulatory domains including Subcontractor Law, Competition Law, Labor Law, Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Data Privacy, and Advertising Law.
• Lead Inquiries & Audits: Serve as the trusted liaison for regulatory authorities and orchestrate internal responses.
Are You the Right Fit?
• Legal Foundation: LL.B. required; Admission to the Bar (Japan or Foreign) is highly valued.
• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of combined law firm or corporate in-house experience, with a heavy focus on compliance and risk management.
• Industry Edge: Background in luxury retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is a major advantage.
• Bilingual Command: Business Japanese and English are essential for driving global meetings and managing cross-border alignment.
