Digital Strategy & Roadmap Formulation and Proposal:
・Propose digital initiative strategies and roadmaps for Japan to management from a technical perspective, grounded in an understanding of global and local business strategies, IT infrastructure, and application development.
Global & Local Project Execution and Leadership:
・Provide technical recommendations for global initiatives as a specialist, while driving local project development and implementation (including budgeting, project planning, and vendor selection).
Continuous Maintenance, System Optimization, and Operational Excellence:
・Deliver ongoing maintenance, expansion, and modernization of local systems to maintain business process stability and achieve operational excellence.
Security, Compliance, and Team Management Support:
・Ensure robust cybersecurity and compliance (including proper data management and quality), while supporting the manager with team operations, problem-solving, and team member coaching/development.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・3+ years of experience in business system design and development, and 3+ years of experience in IT system rollouts, project leadership, or project management.
・Solid knowledge of databases, system development, Office 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
・Project management capabilities (methodologies, project planning, and execution) along with strong communication skills (facilitation, documentation, and negotiation).
・Business-level Japanese and English (Japanese: JLPT N1 or equivalent; English: TOEIC 750+ or equivalent, with the ability to comprehend complex business matters and effectively communicate/explain to stakeholders).
