■Role Overview
As a strategic finance partner to brand leadership, you will provide financial insights, drive profitability, and manage budgeting to achieve business objectives.

■Main tasks include:
• Deliver financial analysis and KPIs to local and HQ management.
• Identify profitability opportunities and cost-effectiveness measures.
• Lead budget and forecast processes aligned with Group guidelines.
• Monitor performance, assess risks/opportunities, and take action.
• Manage monthly closing, accruals, and HQ group reporting.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain strong controls.

経験・スキル

Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 10+ years in finance, specializing in FP&A or business controlling.
• Fluent in Japanese and English with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong business acumen, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:
• MBA degree or equivalent advanced business education.
• FP&A or controlling experience in the multi-national FMCG industry.
• Working knowledge of the Retail sector and ERP reporting systems.
• Business or conversational proficiency in French.
