■Role Overview
Oversee cost analysis, variance forecasting, standard cost setups, and Capex budgets at the plant to drive operational decisions.

■Main tasks include:
* Track project costs, analyze variations, and identify root causes.
* Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models.
* Propose cost-saving initiatives and support process improvements.
* Manage annual Capex budgets and report performance to leadership.
* Supervise treasury and administrative tasks of local finance teams.
* Ensure compliance with Japanese tax and accounting regulations.

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience in manufacturing cost analysis or plant finance.
* Strong knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and BI reporting tools.

[Nice to Have]
* CPA or CMA certification.
* Knowledge of Japanese accounting/tax rules and local treasury.
* Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
