■Role Overview
Lead day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and FP&A activities while serving as a strategic finance partner to APAC regional leaders.

■Main tasks include:
・Oversee daily AP/AR and general ledger accounting operations
・Manage monthly budgets, financial planning, and variance analysis
・Prepare financial statements and strategic reports for stakeholders
・Optimize cash flow and forecast liquidity for dividend planning
・Lead and mentor the local finance team to drive professional growth
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage administrative duties

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent field
・10+ years of finance experience (3+ years in management)
・Fluent Japanese and strong English communication skills
・Solid knowledge of US/Japan GAAP, local tax, and corporate laws

[Nice to Have]
・Experience working within US multinational corporations
・Track record of partnering with external auditors and consultants
・Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
