業務内容：
【Department Overview/ 部署概要】
The team primarily work on user registration, login, user profile management, and fault prevention features.
As these are among the most critical functions in the client's ecosystem, any system failure could prevent users from accessing services, resulting in a significant impact on both users and the business. Therefore, ensuring the quality and reliability of these features is extremely important.

【Position Outline/ 依頼概要】
They are looking for a QA Engineer who can contribute to test design, execution, and automation while working closely with developers and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a senior QA/SDET role.

【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】
1. Test Design & Execution
Analyze requirements and create test cases and test scenarios
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
Identify, report, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
Validate bug fixes and ensure overall product quality
2. Support Test Planning
Contribute to test planning and estimation under guidance of senior members
Help identify test scope, risks, and dependencies
Participate in release validation and smoke testing
3. Automation Contribution
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing
Work within existing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber)
Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Improve test coverage through automation
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
Participate in daily stand-ups, test reviews, and defect triage
Communicate testing progress and risks clearly
5. Continuous Improvement
Suggest improvements to test processes and test coverage
Learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and testing practices
Contribute to building a quality-focused team culture

Experience with BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Basic understanding of API testing and performance testing concepts
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
Exposure to localization testing (Japanese)

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

必須スキル：
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-2–5 years of experience in software QA for web applications
-Experience in functional and regression testing
-Basic experience in test automation (UI and API)
-Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar
-Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
