■About our Client
A leading global logistics and supply chain enterprise offering innovative, end-to-end management solutions across the globe.

■Role Overview
Over see day-to-day accounting, internal controls (ICS), and statutory compliance under IFRS/JGAAP, while functional leading a local and virtual team in collaboration with regional shared services.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
・Coordinate with shared service hubs in Japan, MY, and IN.
・Drive local internal control (ICS) governance and compliance.
・Manage audits, balance sheet reviews, and technical accounting.
・Functionally guide and coach a team of 6–8 members.
・Partner with regional teams to adapt and improve processes.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
・Hands-on experience with month-end/year-end closing & ICS.
・Experience in foreign companies or shared service environments.
・Business-level Japanese and English (written & spoken).

[Nice to Have]
・Professional qualification (CPA or equivalent).
・Experience with Oracle Cloud or major ERP systems.
・Functional team lead or senior member coordination experience.
