・IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Lead IT initiatives aligned with global/regional strategies, driving automation, system integration, process optimization, and enterprise system implementations.
・IT Operations & Governance: Oversee infrastructure, applications, end-user support, vendors, security, availability, and performance while strengthening IT controls, compliance, and risk management.
・Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead end-to-end IT projects, coordinating Japan business teams, regional/global IT, and external vendors to deliver within scope, timeline, and budget.
・Organization & Resource Management: Build and manage a scalable IT organization in Japan, ensuring effective resources and operational capabilities.

経験・スキル

・IT Experience & Leadership: 8+ years of IT experience, including leadership/management, with expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, transformation, project delivery, and vendor management.
・Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise/ERP and planning systems, business applications, IT governance, risk management, and controls.
・Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively coordinate with business, regional/global IT teams, and external stakeholders.
・Leadership & Communication: Strong Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT needs and work hands-on in a lean, solution-oriented environment.
