1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Assist the executive team in building the annual budget, long-term strategic roadmaps, and rolling quarterly updates.
- Develop projection models for gross revenues, margins, personnel expenses, and operational overhead.
- Gather assumptions across department heads to maintain data integrity across core planning models.

2. Monthly Financial Operations & Reporting
- Collaborate with accounting staff during period-end closures to produce management reporting decks.
- Measure variances comparing actual outcomes against historical metrics, targets, and forecasts.
- Break down performance across individual sales streams, highlighting core drivers behind revenue deviations.

3. Commercial & Operational Analytics
- Build custom dashboards and operational metrics to monitor commercial health.
- Evaluate store-level metrics, online conversion economics, marketing ROI, and promotional efficiency.
- Analyze product category margins and inventory trends in coordination with supply chain leads.

4. Departmental Support
- Serve as a analytical contact for retail operations, marketing teams, logistics, and HR.
- Help operational leads track budget usage and translate functional initiatives into financial projections.

5. Process Optimization & Special Initiatives
- Modernize financial workflows through data cleanup, reporting automation, and standardized templates.

- Participate in cross-functional projects, including digital platform enhancements, retail estate reviews, and regional alignment with global leadership.

経験・スキル

- Experience: 2–5 years in financial analysis, corporate controlling, transactional advisory, or commercial audit. Prior exposure to consumer goods, retail, or online storefronts is beneficial.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced capabilities in spreadsheet modeling and presentation software; experience with business intelligence platforms or data visualization tools is preferred.

- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of income statement dynamics, accounting fundamentals, and data reconciliation.
