What Makes You the Ideal Leader for This Role?

You are a pragmatic problem-solver and trusted advisor who thrives in dynamic, multinational matrix organizations. You understand how to balance strict regulatory requirements with responsible business growth, acting as a true partner to commercial leadership.


Experience: 7+ years of track record in Compliance, Legal, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Audit within a multinational or regulated enterprise.

Core Strengths: Deep expertise in running ethics programs, managing compliance risk assessments, leading professional investigations, and advisory work.

Language Ability: Business fluency in both written and spoken Japanese and English.

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk, Finance, or Business (industry certifications like CCEP, CIA, or LL.M. are preferred advantages).
