■About the job
As Financial Controller, you will overlook all finance and accounting operations. Drive business decision-making through financial analysis while leading process optimization and key participation in the global ERP implementation project.

■Company details
As a leading global sustainability consultancy, our client supports business transformation with end-to-end solutions from strategy to execution across 40 countries.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage AR/AP processes, invoicing, payment reconciliations, and vendor inquiries.
・Oversee daily/weekly cash flow management and online banking operations.
・Deliver weekly cash reports, utilization analysis, and financial insights to leadership.
・Lead month-end and year-end closing, BS reconciliations, and tax audit prep.
・Participate in global ERP refresh, process standardization, and system implementation.
・Collaborate with global finance teams and shared service centers to drive efficiency.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must-Have:
・5-7+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
・Proven background working in multinational or foreign-affiliated companies.
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
・Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.

■Nice-to-Have:
・Professional accounting certifications (CPA, USCPA, or Nissho Boki).
・Direct experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system refresh.
・Prior exposure to project accounting or professional services/consulting industry.
