The Senior FP&A Manager leads the Japan FP&A team, serves as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, and acts as the primary liaison to the APAC regional finance team.

■About our Client
A premier international medical device manufacturer transforming healthcare standards with a strong presence and high-performing team in Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
・Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to support Japan leadership decisions.
・Serve as the key FP&A liaison between Japan operations and the APAC regional finance team.
・Partner directly with back-office functions including Operations and Regulatory Affairs.
・Supervise and develop 2 FP&A team members, driving team performance and accountability.
・Drive continuous process improvement, reporting automation, and ensure SOX compliance.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including leadership roles.
・Business-level or fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
・Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ERP/planning tool proficiency.
・Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

[Nice to Have]
・Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or multinational corporate sector.
・Track record of driving process automation, reporting enhancements, and best practices.
