■The Opportunity
Our client a premier, venture-backed pioneer in enterprise AI transformation and is rapidly expanding across Asia-Pacific and North America. As the organization prepares for a high-profile IPO, they are seeking an ambitious Corporate IT & Security expert to take the reins of their internal tech ecosystem from executive leadership.

This is not a traditional IT administration or helpdesk management role. Instead, you will serve as the primary guardian and architect of the company’s enterprise security posture, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will leverage automation, modern zero-trust principles, and strategic vendor management to build an ironclad corporate environment capable of supporting rapid global scale and stringent public-market governance standards.

■Key Responsibilities
・Drive IPO-Ready Security & Compliance: Establish, mature, and enforce information security governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management policies to ensure full readiness for public market listing.

・Lead Enterprise Governance & IAM: Take full ownership of Identity & Access Management (IAM), data protection, zero-trust network policies, and role-based access control across all corporate systems.

・Incident Response & Threat Management: Design and execute robust security operations, continuous vulnerability management, and threat response procedures.

・Vendor & Partner Management: Direct external IT service providers and vendors to handle routine endpoint management, onboarding, and basic support, keeping your bandwidth free for high-value security strategy and engineering.

・Automate Security Infrastructure: Apply an engineering mindset to security—automating policy enforcement, audit logging, system monitoring, and access workflows to eliminate manual overhead.

・Executive Security Advisory: Serve as the central point of contact for information security, reporting directly on risk posture and security metrics to C-suite stakeholders and board audit committees.

■Who You Are
・Security & Governance Specialist: Proven background in information security operations, enterprise governance, compliance (e.g., ISO27001, SOC 2), and security architecture within modern technology organizations.

・IPO & Audit Seasoned: Hands-on experience preparing fast-growing companies for public market listing audits, enterprise compliance assessments, or third-party security certifications.

・Automation-Minded Engineer: Strong foundation in systems engineering or scripting with a passion for driving security through automated guardrails and code rather than manual checklists.

・Strategic Partner & Vendor Lead: Demonstrated capability to manage external providers effectively for day-to-day IT operational execution while you maintain control of core governance and strategy.
