■ The Opportunity
This senior leadership position owns the end-to-end financial stewardship for the firm's logistics, fulfillment, and transportation networks in Japan. Serving as a key strategic partner to domestic executives and global headquarters, the successful candidate will guide multi-year financial strategy, spearhead digital transformation across finance workflows, and steer a substantial team of analytical professionals.

■ Key Responsibilities
・ Synthesize complex financial performance across various supply chain business units into actionable executive summaries and operational updates.
・ Direct total financial planning and strategic forecasting cycles across inbound, logistics hub, and last-mile delivery operations.
・ Communicate weekly performance metrics and long-term forecasts to regional leadership to drive network-wide cost optimization.
・ Champion modern technology integration and generative AI initiatives to elevate analytical capability and automate reporting routines.
・ Lead, mentor, and coach a growing finance organization, maintaining a collaborative and performance-driven group culture.
・ Translate complex operational data into concise, strategic narratives for high-level decision-makers locally and overseas.

経験・スキル

■ Required Experience and Skills
- 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools experience
- 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience
- 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 8+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 7+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 10+ members experience

■ Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
- 8+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 8+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 8+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
- 5+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite) experience
- MBA, or CPA
