■Role Overview
This position oversees comprehensive financial operations, from monthly and annual closings to tax compliance and cash flow management.
As a playing manager, the role involves leading a small team, handling FP&A activities, and providing critical financial insights to the management team and global headquarters to support strategic decision-making.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
・Handle cash flow, invoicing, and tax compliance.
・Lead FP&A, budgeting, and variance analysis.
・Create financial reports for management and HQ.
・Oversee daily accounting and ERP system data.
・Manage and develop the internal finance team.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Minimum Requirements:
・10+ years of comprehensive accounting experience.
・Deep understanding of Japanese accounting principles and tax regulations.
・Hands-on experience utilizing modern ERP or accounting systems.
・Business-level English and fluent Japanese for global communication.
・Advanced Excel skills (formulas, database management).

Preferred:
・CPA, CFA, or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
・Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Food industry.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・People management and team leadership experience.
