■ About our Client
Global bio-pharmaceutical leader developing innovative therapies to transform patients' lives.

■ Role Overview
Lead R2R, statutory reporting, and tax compliance while driving S/4HANA implementation and establishing the finance operating model for new entity ABGK.

■ Main tasks include:
・ Own R2R, US/J-GAAP close, and statutory financial reporting.
・ Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, UAT, and process optimization.
・ Build accounting policies, SLAs, and governance for new entity ABGK.
・ Manage statutory tax compliance and partner with external auditors.
・ Standardize and automate accounting workflows across functions.
・ Provide technical accounting advice to regional and global stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Must-have:
・ 7-10+ years of R2R/controllership experience in MNCs or audit firms.
・ JCPA qualification is required.
・ Deep knowledge of J-GAAP, US-GAAP, J-SOX, and tax compliance.
・ Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.

Nice-to-have:
・ US CPA or international accounting certification.
・ Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA deployments.
・ Proven track record in legal entity setup or finance transformation.
・ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
