■Role Overview
As business controller, you will provide high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic business partnering to support senior leadership in driving growth, investment performance, and operational transparency across Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Deliver financial insights and reporting to enable executive decision-making.
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
・Build robust financial models for business growth and investment evaluations.
・Develop KPI reporting to enhance performance tracking and business transparency.
・Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive performance improvements.
・Ensure timely financial reporting aligned with global group standards.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Requirements]
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
・Several years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or commercial finance.
・Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
・Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.

[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience working in multinational or matrix organization environments.
・Proven track record of supporting business planning and investment analysis.
・Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
・Professional finance or accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
