Role & Responsibilities
As a BI & CRM Business Analyst, you will serve as the pivotal link between local business functions and global IT teams. You will spearhead initiatives to modernize data platforms and CRM capabilities, ensuring that sales, marketing, and service processes are supported by robust, actionable intelligence. In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead the deployment of global standards across the Japan organization, ensuring technology directly translates into measurable business performance.

Main tasks include

Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI and data platform projects utilizing Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, and SSIS.
Act as the primary Business Analyst for Salesforce, identifying improvement opportunities and architecting solutions that align with both local needs and global governance.
Design data models and reporting structures that ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the organization.
Manage project lifecycles including requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and change management.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams to resolve risks and dependencies through effective communication and negotiation.
Drive the adoption of self-service analytics and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

経験・スキル

Proven professional experience leading BI and data platform implementation projects.
Expert knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft data technologies (SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS).
Strong background in data modeling and designing enterprise reporting solutions.
Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst capacity for Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Proven ability to manage projects independently, including oversight of external vendors and partners.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, process flow design, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and non-technical business users.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
