Department Overview:

The Ad Technology Department is a cross-functional and data-driven organization working together in a diverse team spread across four countries: Japan, Singapore, India, China.

They develop and maintain the comprehensive advertisement platform that allows both internal stakeholders (e.g., e-commerce merchants, travel accommodations) and external advertisers (major national and international clients) to freely manage their promotional mix and marketing campaigns. Working with them, you will be able to learn everything about our wide range of services across the group. In their team, the Product Management Section, they have product ownership to deliver advertisement products that maximize clients' sales through advertising activity as well as their overall ad revenue.

Position Details:

-Responsible for the growth and success of assigned products
-Work closely with business and product development managers to create and promote the product roadmap in an integrated manner, while aligning the business plan and technology roadmap

経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in digital product/service development; experience in the marketing or advertising area is a plus
-Experience in closely collaborating with stakeholders in Business and Development to develop digital products/services
-Basic understanding of the software development process
-Good communication skills with tech/non-tech people in both Japanese and English
-Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
-Proactive self-starter with a self-motivated mindset
-Strong get-things-done mindset with a sense of ownership
-Proven ability to deal with frequent changes
