We are seeking a highly accountable professional to independently drive end-to-end security compliance, risk assessment, and remediation across our organization.

What You Will Do
Conduct full-cycle cybersecurity compliance assessments based on industry frameworks and internal standards.
Analyze security risks, deliver practical remediation plans, and track all findings until timely closure.
Translate complex data protection requirements into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Provide constructive guidance and confidently handle pushback to gain buy-in for critical security actions.

経験・スキル

What You Bring
Proven track record in cybersecurity assessments, IT audits, or compliance management.
Business-level English is required, and business-level Japanese is highly preferred.
Strong ability to navigate high-stress situations and communicate effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
Solid technical understanding of computer networking, cloud architecture, and software engineering.
Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tools including AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, IAM, endpoints, and routing/switching.
