【Position Outline/ 依頼概要】
Our client's Cyber security department is looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM
will be responsible for the department’s stakeholders and will focus on helping them maximize the value
of security product and service offerings. These experienced solutions advisors
leverage their experience and knowledge to help
customers drive their business outcomes. CSMs have experience in driving end-to-end security solutions and solving complex technical problems with stakeholders of various levels and from various business units. They build collaborative relationships with our strategic customers and
provide them with a wealth of knowledge about the company’s internal security offerings. As the customer's point of contact, CSM’s understands different services and offerings provided by the department, in which help customers fulfill compliance and other regulations. They also manage
customer expectations as the key point of contact between the customers and department by sharing
the best technical practices and contributing to the resolution of critical incidents.
CSMs also will answer general inquiries from various clients about security and services.
CSMs are passionately proactive security professionals who need to be able to work independently and within multiple internal and external teams. In addition to technical acumen, it is necessary to have the ability to understand and exceed customer business expectations and build strong, long-term relationships. Learning new services and technologies in a short period of time is also essential.

【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】
• Build relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand the
customer’s business goals/priorities, as well as their technology systems and
services
• Proactively provides time for stakeholder questions to help customers achieve their
business/technical goals quickly and efficiently
• Manage and answer general inquiries, providing customers with accurate and helpful information
• Possess knowledge of all Cyber Security services offered by the deprtment and identify opportunities to proactively offer department’s service catalogue to
customers
• Run quarterly customer reviews to ensure service quality, and amend customer security transformation strategies as needed
• Collaborate with and support relevant teams to drive the utilization and track
adoption/utilization trends
• Proactively coordinate with internal cybersecurity teams teams to resolve
functional/technical product issues
• Communicate technical changes/security updates/service disruptions/etc that may affect the customer's environment and advise how to address them
• Escalation to management of technical issues as necessary
• Creating executive summary reports on both business and technical goals in language non-technologists can easily digest
• Evangelize and demonstrate new and/or unused features and services
• Collaborate with greater Rakuten teams, share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to internal projects and initiatives

希望スキル：
• Master’s level degree or higher on presales, marketing, MBA, Cyber Security
• Cybersecurity industry certifications – CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CEH/OSCP/Sec+/etc
• Enterprise architecture/cross architecture experience
• Coding experience is highly desirable
• Experience in sales/presales roles
Experience in technical and product functional management and leadership
roles in requirements definition and delivery of custom enterprise applications
• Familiarity with databases, applications, network technologies and cloud
computing
• Familiarity with application security and secure software development
lifecycles

必須スキル：
• I.T/Computer Science/Cybersecurity bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work
experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in one or more of the following:
Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success,
Technical/Solution Architecture, Pre-sales Engineering
• Detailed technical knowledge and implementation experience of various
enterprise grade cybersecurity products and services
• Functional experience with cybersecurity industry best practices, principles, common
frameworks and regulations
• Understanding of the anatomy of a cyber-attack (threat actor techniques/
malware behavior/persistence/lateral movement/etc)
• Experience in large and complex Enterprise businesses
• Experience with large-scale implementations in complex solution environments
• Experience in developing a charging scheme
• Ability to reliably and effectively communicate, explain, and exert influence at
all levels of the organization (including executive level and C-level)
• Ability to prioritize under pressure, handle multiple tasks in parallel, and be able to perform
duties efficiently
• Business (N2 Certified), fluent, or native level Japanese
• Experience in analyzing and translating technical concepts into business terms
and mapping business requirements to technical capabilities
• Experience with marketing and other service promotion activities
• Business grade English abilities
