■Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating transparency in product and manufacturing costs, driving Cost of Goods (CoG) improvements across the supply chain with a primary focus on Optics, Ceramics, and precision mechanics domains in Japan and Korea.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop and maintain product cost calculations and cost models.
・Analyze manufacturing process flows, cost drivers, and business uplifts.
・Support Design-to-Cost activities during product development.
・Validate supplier quotations and support sourcing negotiations.
・Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
・Build cost databases and collaborate closely with D&E and Procurement.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must Have】
・Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field
・5+ years experience in manufacturing, industrial, or cost engineering
・Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product structures, and cost drivers
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese

【Nice to Have】
・Experience in semiconductor, optics, ceramics, or precision manufacturing
・Proven experience in product cost calculations or should-cost modeling
・Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
