Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives in constantly evolved, fast paced, customer centric environments? Our client, a global consumer retail powerhouse is expanding its digital capabilities in Tokyo, and they are seeking a high-caliber project leader to drive their Order Management System (OMS) transformation.

In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end IT delivery, connecting Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels, major digital marketplaces, and local retail systems into a unified, seamless commerce experience.

■Key Responsibilities
• Project Ownership & Delivery: Own end-to-end OMS implementations, managing project lifecycles, timelines, risk mitigations, and smooth transitions to run teams.

• Ecosystem Integration: Oversee complex technical integrations with top Japanese digital platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Rakuten, LINE, Amazon Japan).

• Unified Commerce O2O: Drive local Online-to-Offline initiative integrations to bridge retail system infrastructure with digital fulfillment.

• Business & Technical Liaison: Translate business requirements into actionable system specifications while aligning cross-functionally with SAP, digital teams, and regional stakeholders.

• Governance & Architecture: Ensure system compliance, disaster recovery protocols, high availability standards, and data security guidelines.

• AI & Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities using modern AI/GenAI tools to streamline IT operations and elevate user experience.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required Experience:
• 8–12 years in fast-paced e-commerce environments with at least 5 major project deliveries across D2C, B2B, or Supply Chain domains.

Domain Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows, stock movements, stock valuations, and integration layers with enterprise ERP systems (SAP).

• Local Market Knowledge: Strong exposure to Japan marketplace APIs and ecosystem integration flows.

Methodologies:
Hands-on experience delivering projects through Agile frameworks.

■Languages Requirements:
Business fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).

■Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certifications or technical credentials are a strong plus.
