[Professional Contract] ServiceNow Project Manager ITAM

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end Hardware (HAM) and Software (SAM) Asset Management implementation projects for enterprise customers in Japan. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will govern cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. (Note: Candidates currently based in Japan will be prioritized due to project urgency)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Coordinate business workshops and collaborate directly with customer executives, IT Asset Managers, and technical delivery teams.
- Oversee critical enterprise integrations connecting ServiceNow with CMDB, Discovery, Microsoft SCCM/Intune, SAP, Oracle, and procurement systems.
- Promote Agile, Scrum, and continuous improvement practices across all project phases from design to hypercare.

経験・スキル

Essential Requirements
- Experience: Several years specifically managing ServiceNow HAM/SAM implementation projects.
- Delivery Track Record: Proven history of delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations for enterprise clients.
- Methodology & Leadership: Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with experience managing distributed global delivery teams and vendors.
- Financials: Experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasts.

Preferred QualificationsLanguage:
Business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N1 or equivalent).
Industry Knowledge: Experience with ITAM transformation programs, software licensing, and enterprise procurement processes.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM) are highly desirable.
