■ Position: Revenue Accounting Manager (With Direct Report)
■ Location: Tokyo Headquarters
■ Work Style: Full-Time
■ Salary: 12M base 15% bonus
*To be determined based on current salary, skills, and experience.

This position leads revenue accounting operations and financial closing processes across all sales channels (Wholesale, Retail Stores, and Digital/E-Commerce) for the Japan entity.

■ Responsibilities:
・Oversee month-end revenue close and reporting
・Maintain revenue control frameworks across channels
・Manage offshore service provider performance
・Advise on accounting for new business models
・Lead, coach, and manage a Senior Accountant
Ensure compliance, quality, and process efficiency across all revenue streams.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Required Qualifications:
・5 to 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or MNCs
・Strong practical knowledge of revenue accounting under US GAAP
・Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
・Proven ability to drive process improvement and handle complex priorities

■ Preferred Qualifications:
・US CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
・Experience with multi-channel revenue (Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale)
