■ Position: Senior Accountant (Supply Chain & Inventory)
■ Location: Tokyo Headquarters
■ Work Style: Full-Time
■ Salary: up to 10M JPY *Determined based on current salary, skills, and experience.

This position plays a pivotal role in leading inventory accounting and supply chain financial control for the Japan office. Working alongside global stakeholders and offshore service partners, the role drives absolute financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational optimization across regional commercial activities.

■ Responsibilities:
・Lead month-end inventory close and COGS management
・Monitor offshore service provider quality and output
・Analyze perpetual inventory records and resolve variances
・Maintain US GAAP and SOX internal control frameworks
・Provide accounting advisory to supply chain stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Required Qualifications:
・3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
・Working knowledge of US GAAP, JGAAP, and Japanese tax regulations
・Fluent in both Japanese and English with strong communication skills

■ Preferred Qualifications:
・US CPA certification or equivalent professional credential
・Hands-on ERP experience, particularly with SAP systems
