■Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Japan entity. Reporting to the Finance Director in Japan, this role serves as a key strategic partner driving data-based decision-making and supporting corporate development initiatives including M&A and PMI.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts for the Japan entity.
・Conduct monthly performance reviews and detailed analysis at the center and consolidated levels.
・Support M&A activities, due diligence, valuations, and post-merger integration (PMI).
・Collaborate with operations to optimize KPI management and procurement efficiency.
・Work with regional/global IT teams to align financial systems (Oracle, Anaplan).
・Maintain relationships with JV finance teams to support financial consolidation.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
[Must Skills]
・3+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience (multinational company preferred).
・Strong financial modeling expertise and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
・Proven ability to interpret and present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
・Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).

[Preferred Skills]
・Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
・Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA.
・Knowledge of US GAAP and Japanese statutory accounting.
・Experience with financial systems/tools such as Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, or BI platforms.
