■ Position: Infrastructure Engineer (Observability Platform)
■ Reporting to: Infrastructure Engineering Lead
■ Location: Tokyo (Nihonbashi)
■ Work Style: Hybrid Work (Up to 2 days remote/week) | 9:00 - 18:00 (No overtime expected)
■ Compensation: Based on experience (Dispatch Contract)

■ Responsibilities:
・ Architect, operate, and continuously improve shared observability platforms integrated with cloud-native container environments.
・ Design and maintain scalable telemetry pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces across distributed cloud workloads.
・ Build reusable automation, tooling, and observability-as-code solutions to enable developer self-service.
・ Administer centralized monitoring platforms, including access management, system configurations, and operational lifecycles.
・ Author and maintain technical runbooks, architecture patterns, and team onboarding guides.
・ Partner with internal engineering teams to facilitate service onboarding, troubleshoot telemetry issues, and offer technical guidance.

■ Position Overview
This role is central to building the foundational technology infrastructure that powers global mobility platforms and futuristic smart-city initiatives. Operating within the Observability Infrastructure team, you will design and manage scalable monitoring platforms that serve internal developers, AI systems, and core platform services.

経験・スキル

■Requirements and Qualifications:
・3+ years of professional experience with at least one modern programming language.
・Hands-on experience with Grafana.
・Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, and AWS.
・Experience administering and delivering observability platforms to multiple engineering teams.
・Experience with GitHub Actions.
・Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

・Nice to have: Kubernetes certifications such as CKA/CKAD and/or AWS certifications.
