An established international securities firm located in central Tokyo, providing a wide range of capital markets solutions and trading services.

■ The Opportunity
You will lead high-impact technology and operational initiatives spanning front, middle, and back-office functions. Acting as the critical strategic link between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external solution vendors, the successful candidate will drive project execution while ensuring full alignment with local regulatory standards and core business growth objectives.

■ Key Responsibilities
・ Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and budgeting to milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and systems rollout.
・ Partner with key business units to gather thier needs and translate complex requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
・ Maintain ongoing communication across trading, risk management, compliance, and operations divisions to align technology capabilities with strategic goals.
・ Perform gap analysis and workflow evaluations to boost operational efficiency and reduce systemic risk across core trading platforms.
・ Oversee solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system implementation across multi-functional business lines.
・ Facilitate the adoption and local integration of proven technology applications from regional overseas offices.
・ Ensure all technology deployment and operational change initiatives adhere to Japanese financial market regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
・ Provide executive-level progress reporting and project governance updates to senior management.
・ Support and train junior PM/BAs.

■ Required Experience and Skills
・PM/BA experience in Finance companies.
・Business level Japanese. (at least JLPT N2 level)

・Coordination experince with FSA and regulatory bodies.
