【Department Overview/ 部署概要】
The team develops and operates Rakuten's enterprise data platform, enabling secure, governed, and seamless data discovery, access governance, and cross-platform data access across Azure Databricks, GCP, and other enterprise data sources. We build scalable platform services, automation, and governance capabilities that empower users to discover and access trusted data efficiently.

【Position Outline/ 依頼概要】
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive successful delivery and adoption of our Data platform. This role will serve as the primary interface between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into deliverables and projects are executed on time with high quality.

【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders for all Data Bridge platform initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform features, enhancements, onboarding, and migration projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations to ensure successful execution.
- Track project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
- Manage customer onboarding, platform adoption, and migration activities while ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize customer requests and communicate roadmap updates.
- Monitor project KPIs, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics, driving continuous process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, release plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and stakeholder communications.

希望スキル：
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, analytics, or cloud technologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

経験・スキル

必須スキル：
- 7–10 years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, execution, and deliverable management skills.
- Experience delivering cloud, data platform, or enterprise software projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure/GCP DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
