・System Ownership & Operations: Own and optimize existing (pre-)sales financing applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, system health, and support across multiple countries.
・Business & IT Partnership: Act as a bridge between Business Units, global/local IT teams, and vendors to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
・Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead system implementation and upgrade projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders in Japanese and English across multicultural teams.
・Vendor & Resource Management: Manage external resources, vendors, and contracts to ensure efficient delivery, compliance, timelines, and cost effectiveness.

経験・スキル

・Bilingual & Stakeholder Management: Advanced Japanese and fluent English, with strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills.
・IT & Financial Expertise: Proven experience in IT Business Partner, System Owner, Solution Architect, or Technical Project Manager roles, ideally within financial services and financing systems.
・Project & Vendor Management: Strong experience managing complex projects, external resources, and global vendors across multiple countries and regions.
・Technical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with AI application experience considered a major advantage.
