■About the job
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Wealth Management professional to acquire, develop, and service Chinese-speaking high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients residing in Japan and across the region.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking HNW and UHNW clients.
・Acquire new clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
・Provide tailored investment and asset allocation solutions aligned with client goals.
・Drive growth in AUM, revenues, and wallet share while engaging in portfolio reviews.
・Support onboarding, KYC, compliance, and organize client events and seminars.
・Prepare materials in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese and collaborate across global teams.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must-have Requirements]
・Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
・3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or securities
・Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
・Fluent or business-level Mandarin Chinese and business-level Japanese (N2+)

[Welcomed Requirements]
・Existing network of Chinese-speaking HNW/UHNW clients or professional intermediaries
・Experience in cross-border wealth management and international investments
・Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools (WeChat, LINE, etc.)
・Relevant financial regulatory licenses or wealth management certifications
