■Role Overview
You will lead the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee tax and treasury operations, and manage internal controls while ensuring compliance with global and local standards.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings (IFRS, J-GAAP)
・Review daily/monthly accounting operations including AP/AR and B/S
・File taxes accurately in cooperation with external tax consultants
・Oversee banking operations, forecast cash flow, and optimize capital
・Manage external and internal audits to ensure strict compliance
・Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline closing cycles

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must Requirements】
・8+ years of finance and accounting experience in multinational companies
・3+ years as Accounting Manager or team lead managing closings and audits
・Solid hands-on experience under IFRS and J-GAAP
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English

【Preferred Requirements】
・CPA, USCPA, or advanced accounting qualifications
・ERP implementation or process automation experience
・Experience using reporting or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
・Accounting experience within the consumer product industry
