■Role Overview
Under the direction of the Audit Director and Auditor-in-Charge, the Specialist will participate in financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits both domestically and internationally. This role ensures a robust internal control environment through risk-based audit execution, stakeholder collaboration, and high-quality reporting.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits across domestic and global entities.
・Perform audit programs, walkthroughs, and sample testing in line with quality standards.
・Collaborate with the audit team to draft issue summaries and comprehensive reports.
・Partner with business process owners and cross-functional teams to complete audit engagements.
・Participate in department projects to ensure strategic objectives and deliverables are met.
・Maintain high professional standards, independence, and integrity in all audit activities.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・2+ years of experience in Internal Audit and/or Public Accounting.
・Fluency in both English and Japanese (Business level or higher required).
・Understanding of information technology and proficiency in business software systems.
・Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
・Experience at a Big 4 or regional accounting firm is highly preferred.
