■Role Overview
As CFO Candidate, lead corporate finance, capital allocation, IPO preparation, and project finance to drive sustainable growth and build governance for next-generation energy infrastructure.

■Main tasks include:
• Build financial control and management accounting systems.
• Formulate capital strategies, funding, and cap tables.
• Drive IPO prep, internal controls, and auditor relations.
• Lead project finance, SPCs, and financial modeling.
• Partner with megabanks, investors, and CVCs for funding.
• Lead financial strategies for global business expansion.

経験・スキル

MUST
• Experience in management accounting & budget control.
• Experience formulating medium/long-term finance strategy.
• Experience managing finance/accounting teams.
• Experience in IPO prep, internal controls, & auditors.
• Track record in funding & investor relations.
• Japanese at business level or higher.
• English at business level or higher (TOEIC 800+).

WANT
• Experience in project finance, SPCs, & financial modeling.
• Background in renewable energy, FIT/FIP, or energy sector.
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification.
• Track record in venture debt or alternative finance.
