■Role Overview
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations, statutory/HQ reporting to Germany, external audits, and AP oversight while optimizing financial processes.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
・Prepare statutory packages and management reporting to Germany HQ.
・Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits.
・Confirm and ensure the accuracy of assigned GL account balances.
・Oversee external AP staff and drive operational process improvements.
・Consolidate management accounting activities for internal reporting.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

MUST
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
・Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent accounting qualification.
・Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and closing experience.
・Proven experience in financial closing and external audit support.
・Experience working in a large corporate environment.
・Japanese at business level or higher.
・English at business level or higher (written and spoken).

WANT
・Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
・Experience in shared services or global finance operations.
・Background in cost accounting or fixed asset accounting.
・Continuous improvement and process automation mindset.
