■Role Overview
Oversee global intercompany pricing strategies to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations, working closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to monitor entity profitability.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead preparation of Global Master File, CbCR, and Local Files
・Perform regular entity margin reviews against arm's length targets
・Serve as primary contact for tax authority IDRs and audit responses
・Partner with Legal to update intercompany agreements
・Assist in implementing TP automation tools for ERP data collection

経験・スキル

[Must-have]
・5+ years of TP experience (Big 4 background preferred)
・Strong English communication skills
・Conversational Japanese capability or higher
・Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
・Proven ability to collaborate across functions
[Nice-to-have]
・Experience with APA processes
・Background in semiconductor or manufacturing industries
・Knowledge of group restructuring and cross-border transactions
・Experience in corporate tax returns or tax audit defense
