■Role Overview
You will lead commercial and operational performance for industrial battery storage projects, optimizing revenue, asset health, and long-term contract value.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage contractual, regulatory, and commercial issues for energy assets
・Monitor and challenge operational performance to maximize gross profit
・Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
・Ensure compliance with O&M, Interconnection, and Service agreements
・Drive stakeholder management with site owners, customers, and finance
・Negotiate contract renewals and develop revenue maximization strategies

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience
・Deep knowledge of electrical energy and renewable energy markets
・Experience with energy contracts, project finance, and commercial negotiation
・Fluency in English and Japanese for business communication
・Operational experience in solar, wind, or thermal power plants
・Familiarity with integrated system design and utility operations
・Proven track record in financial metrics analysis and risk management
・Self-motivated professional with strong stakeholder leadership skills
