Are you an IT project leader passionate about the intersection of high-end retail and cutting-edge technology?

We are currently seeking an ambitious Project Manager of Retail Technology & Systems Strategy to lead the digital solutions driving store operations, boutique management, and client interaction systems across Japan. In this high-visibility position, you will own the end-to-end strategy, deployment, and operational stability for front-of-house technology. Joining a collaborative, high-performing IT team led by an accomplished Director, you will serve as the primary tech bridge between local store operations and global technology initiatives.

■Key Responsibilities
• Store Solutions Leadership: Oversee the lifecycle, expansion, and integration of core Point of Sale (POS) and boutique operational systems across all brand verticals.

• Strategic Project Management: Direct end-to-end technology initiatives including regional feature rollouts, compliance updates, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• System Operations & Reliability: Ensure optimal uptime, security, and seamless daily execution for critical in-store systems and batch operations.

• Global & Local Collaboration: Partner closely with internal leadership, global tech teams, and external partner vendors to adapt complex technology platforms for local market success.

経験・スキル

■Ideal Candidate Profile
・Language Capabilities: Advanced-to-fluent Japanese combined with Business-level English (or higher) for seamless collaboration with both local retail staff and global tech counterparts.

・Retail Tech Expertise: Strong background in managing enterprise POS or CRM platforms within luxury, cosmetics, fashion, or international retail environments.

・Technical Acumen: Hands-on familiarity with retail platforms (such as Oracle/Micros Xstore or Cegid), enterprise integrations (SAP/AX), SQL databases, and ticket management systems (Jira/ServiceNow). Stakeholder Management:

• Proven track record of managing partner vendors and offshore teams to deliver projects on schedule.
