■Role Overview
Serve as the financial business partner for the Cardiac Rhythm Management commercial team in Japan, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic performance analysis.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with the Finance Manager.
・Control operating expenses, capital expenses, headcount, and working capital.
・Provide financial reports and support to regional APAC and global teams.
・Drive strategic finance projects for the division and overall enterprise.
・Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with ethics policies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Minimum Requirements]
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
・3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience, ideally in multinational companies.
・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
・Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English.

[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience in the multinational healthcare or medical device sector.
・Practical experience using Excel Macros.
・Japan CPA or US CPA qualification.
