■Remote Work: Yes (Around 3 days a week)
■Annual income: 6,000,000~8,000,000yen (depending on exp.)

You will be responsible for UI/UX design across digital touchpoints, including wireframe proposals, mockup creation, and managing design specifications for smart city services.

■Main tasks include:
・Propose UI wireframes and create mockups for applications using Figma
・Develop user experiences based on flows organized by the UX Lead
・Create, update, and manage detailed design specification documents
・Ensure experience quality across touchpoints like apps, web, and signage
・Catch up on design trends and experiment with implementation
・Participate in visual and graphic design based on skills and interest

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must】
・3+ years of experience creating UI wireframes and mockups using Figma
・Practical skill in using Figma Auto Layout for maintainable UI design
・Submission of a design portfolio or website link
・Proactive attitude to catch up on trends and propose improvements

【Nice to have】
・Comfortable communicating in English or Japanese
・Experience creating design specifications using Confluence
・Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
