■About our Client
A premier Big tax corporation providing comprehensive domestic and international tax advisory services.

■Annual salary
・Staff：4.5M～（Extra hours will be paid additionally.）
・Senior Staff：6M～

■Locations
・Tokyo, Aichi (Nagoya), Osaka

■Role Overview
You will handle corporate tax compliance, M&A restructuring, international tax strategy, and transaction advisory. The position offers structured career growth and opportunities to work on complex cross-border engagements.

■Main tasks include:
・Prepare and review corporate tax returns and support tax audit proceedings.
・Provide tax advisory for M&A deals, corporate restructurings, and mergers.
・Advise multinational clients on international tax strategies and cross-border investments.
・Conduct research on overseas tax regulations and international compliance.
・Deliver tax consulting for financial, securitization, and technology transactions.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver specialized advisory solutions.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Licensed Tax Accountant (CPTA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or candidates who have passed tax exam subjects.
・Prior professional experience in a tax firm, audit firm, or corporate tax/accounting department is preferred.
・Business-level English proficiency is welcomed (not required; training and growth supported).
・Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative communication skills.
