■Role Overview
You will lead the concept creation, development, and profitability of physical goods like drinkware and brewing equipment. This position connects Japanese craftsmanship with global markets, managing vendor partnerships, demand forecasting, and cross-functional alignment.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead end-to-end product planning and development for physical lifestyle merchandise.
・Source and build strong relationships with domestic artisans, manufacturers, and OEM vendors.
・Champion Japan-originated product concepts for potential global rollouts.
・Manage category demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and profit margins.
・Ensure product compliance with Japanese safety regulations and brand quality standards.
・Align launch schedules with seasonal campaigns across R&D, Marketing, and Operations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5–7+ years of experience in product planning, development, or merchandising for physical/lifestyle goods.
・Proven track record of sourcing and managing external vendors, artisans, or OEMs.
・Strong financial acumen in demand forecasting, cost control, and profit management.
・Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English (written and verbal).
・Knowledge of product safety regulations and labeling laws in Japan is preferred.
